The Library of Light is a collection of works that have had great personal and transformative impact on LightEn’s founders and the wider team. The collection is not intended to be a definitive ‘best of’ list, but consists of materials that we want to share widely. In the spirit of giftivism, we are working behind the scenes to make freely available as many of the books as we can.
We offer a feel for each work in the form of quotes and excerpts, a summary written by our team members, and complementary multimedia content. We hope this will help signpost whether a given work resonates with you as a pathway in your search for self, Self, and One-ness.
The Library of Light is an ever-evolving project, never finished, and always in progress – just as we all are.
‘There is one thing the world does not want us to find out and that is the truth about ourselves. Why? Because then we will become free. We can no longer be controlled, manipulated, exploited, drained, enslaved, imprisoned, vilified, or disempowered. Therefore, the inner voyage of discovery is cloaked over with an aura of mystery and foreboding.’
‘To be… is the same as watching the first flower of spring open and the flower is you. And, as it opens more, you become aware of other flowers in a glorious field and there is… unbounded joy.’
‘The Christ frequency is dormant in most men, but it is as if the radio station is still playing, and the receiver needs to be tuned. And once the receiver is tuned, all men begin to play the same music, and the music is beautiful.’
‘… whatever you put out into the universe will be reflected back to you. “As you sow, so shall you reap.” What this means from a practical standpoint is that we always attract into our lives whatever we think about the most, believe in most strongly, expect on the deepest levels and/or imagine most vividly.’
‘There is only one purpose for all of life, and that is for you and all that lives to experience fullest glory. Everything else you say, think, or do is attendant to that function. There is nothing else for your soul to do, and nothing else your soul wants to do.’
'You can never love another person unless you are equally involved in the beautiful but difficult spiritual work of learning to love yourself. There is within each of us, at the soul level, an enriching fountain of love. In other words, you do not have to go outside yourself to know what love is.’
‘We have certainly made substantial progress in finding cases with stronger evidence of a paranormal process. I myself am more convinced than I was that mind and body are separate entities, joined during life but not afterward. I am more persuaded than I was that reincarnation is the best – even though not the only – explanation for the stronger cases we have investigated. Processes, however, remain a mystery. Yet their study need not daunt the scientists of the next generation.’
‘Every second of our lives – and every mental, emotional, creative, physical, and even resting activity with which we make is noted. Every attitude we hold is a source of positive or negative power for which we are accountable.’
‘We are human beings, and the human gate to the sacred is our own body, heart and mind, the history from which we’ve come and the closest relationships and circumstances of our life. If not here, where else could we bring alive compassion, justice and liberation?’
‘We do not need to give up what we have learned in physics, chemistry, biology, or neuroscience; we are simply recontextualizing these disciplines. All we do is invert the order: consciousness comes first, not matter.’
‘You have but two emotions, love and fear… one you made and one was given to you. Each is a way of seeing and different worlds arise from their different sights… see the Love of God in you and you will see it everywhere because it is everywhere… With love in you, you have no need except to extend it.’
‘Now that I have been privileged to understand that our life does not end with the death of the body or the brain, I see it as my duty, my calling, to tell people about what I saw beyond the body and beyond this earth.'
‘I am all in favour of science and reason if they are scientific and reasonable. But I am against granting scientists and the materialist worldview an exemption from critical thinking and sceptical investigation. We need an enlightenment of the Enlightenment.’
We are also pleased to offer selected additional books by Library of Light authors to complement their principal work which sits in the Library itself.
